Bookings
Bookings may be made through our website, by phone, or via Google Business Profile. A booking request is not confirmed until accepted by Premium Car Wash. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse bookings due to operational, safety, staffing or unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition and selected services. Online payment is not currently available. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customer Cancellations
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
Company Cancellations
We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to severe weather, equipment failure, staff illness or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate booking information.
• Remove all valuables and personal belongings before service.
• Inform us of any existing vehicle damage or delicate accessories.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed appointment time.
Premium Car Wash is not responsible for loss of valuables left inside the vehicle.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
We exercise reasonable care while servicing every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for existing scratches, dents, faded paint, loose trim, stone chips, rust, damaged accessories, cracked glass, worn finishes, aftermarket modifications, mechanical or electrical faults, or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.
Service Limitations
Some stains, odours, pet hair, water spots, oxidation and paint defects may not be completely removable. Results depend on the age and condition of the vehicle.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will inspect the vehicle and, where appropriate, re-clean the affected area before considering a partial or full refund. Refund requests are assessed individually.
Vehicle Photography
We may photograph vehicles before or after service for quality assurance and marketing. If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed for marketing purposes, please notify us before the service begins.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious software or copy website content without permission.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, text and photographs are owned by or licensed to Premium Car Wash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Car Wash is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions or supplier failures.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised versions become effective once published on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
